Back in the Game (BIG) is an internship initiative driven by the Diversity Council at Philips India.
BIG is a 3 months paid internship program by Philips India to facilitate experienced women talent transition back into the workplace after a break in their career.
This program is designed to give women talent a fresh flavor of corporate life at India Inc., and provide them a platform to get ‘Back in the Game’!
Your Challenge
This Internship opportunity is in the field of Finance & Accounts. The projects will be based in Gurgaon

We are looking for
· Applicants who are eager to return to a career post a break in their employment (due to life cycle changes or any other reasons).
· Seasoned professionals with Masters in Business Management (or equivalent) in General Management, Finance from leading business schools in India OR professional certifications in Finance (CA, CFA, CPA etc.)
· Applicants who have at least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Financial domain, with a proven track record in financial planning, accounting, corporate finance, treasury operations, financial operations, business finance etc.
· Applicants who possess the maturity and self-confidence to work with colleagues across levels.
· Customer-focused, communication- and service-oriented approach
