Other requirements: Good written & Verbal Communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Macro knowledge is a plus.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
 · Support the annual compensation revision exercise.
· Ensure accurate data entry in all pertinent compensation tools
· Participate in meetings and take key notes have a clear understanding on the subject discussed. Ask when in doubt.
· Mailbox management.
· Adhere to firm's established standards for quality, service, delivery and SLA.
· Maintain Deloitte.Net.
· Maintain high level of confidentiality and ensure 100% compliance.
· Be attentive and reciprocate to feedback.
