Eaton Internships

Eaton is a diversified power management company providing energy-efficient solutions that help our customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power. The company is a global technology leader in electrical products, systems and services for power quality, distribution and control, power transmission, lighting and wiring products; hydraulics components, systems and services for industrial and mobile equipment; aerospace fuel, hydraulics and pneumatic systems for commercial and military use; and truck and automotive drivetrain and powertrain systems for performance, fuel economy and safety.

Expand your experience, gain global exposure, develop leadership competencies and gain knowledge of Eaton’s business, products, processes and functions with the Eaton MBA Internship Program. The assignment will help the participant develop a wide range of Eaton leadership competencies such as business strategy, business acumen and leveraging resources. The scope of the assignment allows interns the opportunity to provide value to the organization by achieving a well-defined, important strategic objective.

Participants will be assigned to either a functional or operational area, including operations, supply chain, marketing or business development. Past assignments include strategic market analysis, pricing analysis and financial modeling, and supply chain efficiency improvements. To facilitate and accelerate the on-boarding process, students are provided a competitive housing allowance and relocation reimbursement to and from school and their assigned Eaton location. The summer internship culminates with a formal presentation where students showcase their success stories to senior leaders of the organization and receive feedback on their performance.
